When is this Tulsa Owasso meet going to be taking place? Where at? What's going on? I haven't been in here in a while, and now I'm back.

 

We should shoot for one within a couple of weeks. This week is all filled up for me, but I think we could pull one together very soon.

Mike, Stan, Ron, Mark, Jim (and everybody else) ....what do you think?

 

I'm good for any night next week BUT Thursday.

Hmm... what kind of food would you guys like to do this time?? BBQ is always fine with me... but we've had that for the last 3 gtg's (I think??).

BTW: To those of you who went to Legend's with us last time... for some reason I've been eating blocks of Cheddar Cheese like it's going out of style, lol... no joke!

 

Sometime before August 22nd is good for me. (School starts up again then.) I'm up for any type of food. (Stan, cheese blocks?? blah....I have had a hankering for some piping hot fried olives though. Yum Yum. ) A cookout at my house would be tempting, but it would require a definate head count to know how much meat to prepare. Or we could meet wherever for food.

Heya RomerB2, I'm pushing 30 next April. Shhhh.....don't tell anyone. (Ugh, I'm almost over the hill. hehehehe) I attend college at night and work full time during the day. I'm pursuing my Mechanical Engineering Degree.

Ron, I'm in the same boat. !COLLEGE! starts on the 18... and I think I'm moving another friend to norman on the 16th. Other than that, I'm good for anytime. Do you think you would like to host it?? Or would it be better to do that next time when there is more time to prepare...etc?

when a date and time are figured out I would be interested in attending, I finally got the motor back into my truck and would like to make a gtg.

I'm ready for a meet, I just hope I don't have to work on that night. Give me a date a couple weeks before the date is set, and I should show up.

 

Yea, I'd need more time to prepare. We could all meet up somewhere. But anytime would be good for me. Well, except maybe on the 20th or 21st. I'm expecting a new little nephew to arrive any day now. And I've got tickets to a Steve Miller concert at the OKC Zoo Ampitheater on the 21st.

 

Well, I spoke to Tim last night, and we came up with next thursday (18th) as being the best ("I think... or was it tuesday"--he slowly begins to ask himself), however, thursday is the day I start back to school, consequently, the night the I start working my school job again.

If it was tuesday (16th), would that work for everybody? Say TGI Friday's or something???

On edit: crap, I can't do tuesday, I just remembered, I'm already committed to moving ANOTHER friend down to Norman...

it will have to be monday, wed. or friday if I am going to make it (15th, 17th, 19th). Though I think that one of the days Tim mentioned would be best for him would be wed. the 17th. I promise, I wont chage it anymore!

 

I'm only free Thursday and Friday... don't know if I'll be able to make it other nights.

 

School starts on the 18th for us. Friday or Saturday's are best for me.

I guess I'm pretty good with any night...although I usually am always at the track on Friday nights until the end of August.

Hey Stan...does the phrase "The wheel is turning, but the hampster is dead" mean anything??? I think you better get back to school and get that brain back into thinking mode and not vacation mode!
