Looking for some good reputable off-road shops!

I am looking for a few good and reputable 4x4 shops around the Ventura area for doing some minor mods to my truck! One thing of special interest is a good paint shop that does powder coating. I saw an episode of Orange County Choppers where they powder coated some chrome wheels. Want to find out if my chrome bumpers can be powder coated so I don't have to buy new ones to powder coat...?
