Front Hitch?

Hi, I'm Ron, a Ocean County guy with a brand new Black 2005 F150 FX4 SuperCrew.

Now the questions... Has anyone here with the newer (04' - 05') F150 installed the Draw-Tite front hitch? How low is the mount? Anybody else here take their trucks on the beach?

Hi Ron, welcome to FTE. I'm in Ocean County also. I only installed a rear hitch, no help. Where are you located?

I installed the Draw-Tite front hitch on my truck last Saturday. It took about 20 minutes. It mounts with 4 bolts to the frame (no drilling required) and it's good to go.

Here is my Hidden Hitch with a few coolers on it ready to go to the races at Watkins Glen last week.
Receiver comes out right in the middle of the valance.
I actually installed it upside down for a better fit.
Great for my WARN winch - I can mount in in back or front.
