The cricket :(

No doubt I am going to get the ribbing that I deserve for this, but to all out there that watched the tri-nations cricket in the UK.

Australia was hopeless...Losing both matches thus far, and we are the supposed World Champions... Well...

However it is refreshing to see them lose for a change, but I hope it fires the Australians back up.

I knew Canada had a cricket team, I didn't know they had a domestic competition as well (well now I think about, how would they get a national team any other way?)
It looks good.

As for TV rights in the US, I am not sure. The bigger matches might get broadcast on some oddball sports channel.
It is an interesting game, and the traditional game type (a test match) often goes for 5 days for one match. It is a fantastic sport to go watch, as it is so relaxed, the crowd really makes it.

But who wants to sit back for 5 days, laugh at people, have a barbie, and drinks some beer?

Yes, Cricket does look like fun. I've gone as far to buy a bat. I really want to play it. I just haven't found a team locally to play. the cloeses team is either Des Moines or Chicago. besides it the last of the all english games I haven't played. After Cricket I needto paly a Aussy Rule Football. And then I'll be complete.

So you have played Rugby then as well?
As for Aussy Rules, go for a field goal in Grid Iron, and you are pretty close...
