The L's back on it's wheels.
Well the L is back together finally. It will go back to my painter (Phil Bonomo) next Friday for a couple of retouches. I will have it in the Concours d' Elegance show in August at the South Town Convention Center in Sandy. Hope to see you there. Just look for the Black 94' Lightning. It will probably be the only Lightning there. KEN

Hey Dave. I managed to pull out a First Place in the show for my class. We had a blast. Carrol Shelby showed up at the last minute. That was the hi Light of the show for me. He's getting really old, but what a cool guy. I'm going try to have the L in the Peach Days show in 2 weeks. Maybe by then I'll have all of the damn overspray cleaned of the engine, so I can get it polished up again. Thanks for coming, it was good to see you again. KEN

Peach days this year is on the 10th of September. The show is at Watkins park, next to the high scholl. The easiest way to get there is take I-15 north to the last brigham city exit, head East and you'll run right into it. If you take the first exit and head East, you will come to a Chevron Station on your left just before you get to town. Take a left and follow the signs that will take you to the park. BTW, the tonneau cover web site you wanted was Gem Top, and the style I have is the Classic. KEN

Sounds good. I won't be able to make the 10th. The in-laws will be in town that weekend and we are heading up to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone...
Thanks for the cover info. The other cover I am looking at is the Undercover. Not as good looking as the Gem Top, but it will hold weight. The Ranger is basically a worktruck/daily driver anyway. Price wise, they are the close. Here is a link to it:
