100000 miles Sport Trac

I am in the market to buy a 2002 Explorer Sport Trac with over 103000 miles. The truck is very clean and run very well. What kind of problem can I suspect with it, what are the main things to check.

See if you can get the maintance histroy on it. That will tell you alot.
