Poor service

I'd heard bad things about Langdale Ford in Valdosta, but decided to buy my truck from them anyway- they were the closest dealership. During the buying process, they're salesmen were clueles. Now, the first time I bring my truck in, the service dept. was equally incompetant. I'll be driving 45 min from now on, and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have not been impressed with any dealer I have taken my trucks to in SE GA. I had such a bad experience with one back in '99 I said I would never buy another new one.

I bought an Expedition (new) and an F-150 (used) and have been very satisfied. Jack Strayhorn was the salesman and he's been very helpful.

Have heard good things about the dealer in Nashville and have used Sunbelt in Sylvestor with good results.

All my friends go to Metter Ford in Metter Georgia. Nothing but good things being said all around about them.
