I've loved aircraft, space flight and the like since I was a little kid (I remember when the space program began...man I feel old...lol) but I hate to fly. Weird, huh? It's the machinery involved that really interests me, but I'm much happier with my feet on the ground.

Some say I'm 'spacey' now!!! I wouldn't need to go up.

All in all, yeah, I'd go. (I wanna drive, though.)

I'd only go up if I personally built the craft myself. With all the egg-heads working at NASA and JPL, they still haven't been able to build a truly reliable ship. But yeah...I'll go up one day. I'll be the first redneck to launch an F-150 into orbit.

You only live once, and if you do survive, which you probably will, think of the stories you could tell your kids and grandkids. That would be a once in a lifetime opportunity that I wouldnt pass up.

I'm deathly afraid of heights. There's no way I'd go. If the ride didn't kill me, the heart attack I had getting there would.

Give me my smokes, fast cars/trucks, and anything else I can do on the ground to chance life and I'm there. Put me in anything that goes up and I freak - heck, I can't even do a ferris wheel without freaking out. Air travel, I'll do it when I have to, but I'm one of those white knuckled passengers..................hate it..........

BTW - I didn't vote because the fear of heights thing wasn't there and the other options didn't seem to fit.

Can't pass up on an opprotunity like that. Not many people can say that they have been into space.

I am not a thrill seeker, per se, but I do not wish to watch my life pass me by. I would go if ever given the opportunity.
