2002 Explorer fusebox diagram?

I just puchased a 2002 Explorer XLT. The owners manual was not present. Neither of the 12V ports in the console have power. I ma guessing it is a fuse issue. I am trying to find a diagram of the fusebox layout. Does anyone have one?

Thanks,

Barry
