All doors lock, only drivers door will unlock with remote or key pad.
lock/unlock swith will lock all door but will not unlock any of them from inside.

anyone know where the unlock relay is located

from what I understand there are three relays on the 00 expd they are located on the fire wall just up from the gas peddle inside . It has a cover that goes over the three relays.
My Expd is sitting down in K.C. KS and I live in Omaha Ne. I work in Fort Wayne IN (I know this sounds wierd) So when I drive my work truck through Omaha I don't have the Expd.

 

Well everyone heres the deal

It was the relay

The location for the lock\unlock relay's
See that prety little oval patch on the right side of your dash. Its more than just nice looking it hides the relays from you. Thats right pry that little puppy up and wa la theres some relays right there and gess what thats not them. The plate that those little fellers sit on needs removed and then wa la there they are. Good luck getting the cover off becuse its a pain.

I messed with the relays to see if this indeed was my problem and sure enough the locks worked. Replace all 3 relays for $45 just so I dont have to go in again.
