BIGGEST engine ever

I was pondering again (not a good thing). Whats the biggest Ford engine ever produced V-8 or otherwise? I know that a lot of the monster trucks (Bigfoot)use a 572cu in Ford and a C-6 tranny. How about other brands?

I read in a HotRod magizine where a engine school was building a 600cid Ford. But I think the largest Ford manufactured engine is the 514cid. I don't know much about it.

Is there a website you can read about it?

Ford manufactured a 534 cid "Super Duty" gasoline engine that was used in their big trucks during the late 50's to early '60's.

The picture doesnt seem to be working. Anyway, what kind of engines are used in Monster trucks? I know they are 572cid and they usually use a C6 tranny. What series are they?

Neither one shows up for me...
Has anyone ever thought about building the ultimate stump puller? I thought a 60's F-250 or F-350 with a 534/5spd...
