Just to let u guys know is that the studies dont tell what method that they are using to make th ethanoal for their study.

Ambient temperature can be anything. It is usually taken to be the temperature to which an object is exposed to during operation. If you are designing a space vehicle or a piece of military/automotive hardware the ambient temperature must be specified. Room temperature has a specific meaning.
