I just heard on the news that the Gov. is going to unveil new license plates next week at the speedway. No more Smiley face plates. The new one is bland but not a laughing stock like the smiley.
What do you guys think?

Nope this year after like sept and all vehicles starting jan 1 2006. The governor detests the smiley face plates.

Thank god the smiley face is gone. My friends usually got some touchup paint and coverd the smiley over. I know you are not supposed to do that, but come on the smiley face was gay.
I never had the smiley face either. I always pay the extra and get the veterans tag. I'll have to take my papers to the DMV in Shepherdsville and get new tags for the 2003 F150 my wife just got me.
