I may have fixed the problem I was inspecting the moving parts for any loosness whatsoever and found the braket on the crossmember that holds the twin I-beam was loose one bolt was broke the others were loose. I replaced the braket and bolts so far no more wobble. Will be able to tell for sure in a weeks time.
