Angry F-250 brake problems

I just installed 2 new rotors on the front of my 2003 f-250 super duty. I also installed NAPA auto parts best brake pads. The pads were squeaking very badly. I removed the pads, cleaned them and then sprayed about 10 coats of the disc brake quiet on the backs of them. They still squeak, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Could be that the squealer is just bent in too far. It's pretty flimsy.

The new pads don't have squeeler tabs on them. I installed the brake pads and one rotor that was grooved. A couple of days later the side with the original rotor started squeaking. I disasembled this wheel and found that the rotor was pitted extremely badly, so I replaced this rotor. I am still getting a bad squeak.
