F150 cranks but won't start

I have a 1986 F150 302 V8 EFI. My truck died on me while I was driving and then it was cranking up and then dying immediately, so I had the ignition module checked at the parts store. The module tested bad and I replaced it. It worked fine for 2 days and then died on me while leaving the grocery store and would never start again. The fuel pressure is good, but it loses presssure quick when fuel pump is turned off. It is getting spark. The repair manual makes it sound like the fuel pressure regulator is the problem, but my father is saying that it still sounds like a bad ignition module or the computer. Could the module have gone out that quick? Is there a way to test the computer? What else should I check? I am lost!! Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Try changing out the ignition module again. I would also put some spacers in between it and the fenderwell as they need to stay cool or else won't work properly. A possibility anyway.....good luck.....
