Im thinkin its a good idea. The truck should be suited with the big diffs, lockers, gears and boggers. Not much HP but we'll maybe give it a go. Anyone else got this on the to do list??
Brian
How were the bogs? I didn't make it although I wanted to. Doesn't seem like there's lots of truck events in the interior, or at least that I've heard of.
They were not too bad i guess. I was hoping for a bog, to challenge the truck...So in that sense it was dissapointing. I made some 6-8 second passes in 200feet, and for a gutless truck that wasnt too bad. But it was a good time just the same, lotsa nice rigs, lotsa scary rigs, and a whole lotta eye candy. Its a shame they are so geared towards the paddle tire alcohol guys, and not the "street" class. Oh well, hopefully they have a real bog around here somewhere this year, maybe cranbrook. If not, me and the boys will have to continue making our own.

IF they hold another one in cranebrook this year i might make it out that way as i've got family out there, but it would all depend on harvest and what not. But i know there another big one in elkford on the sept 11 weekend i believe, as far as i know it a 2 day event too.
