I started having some problems with a 2000 E450 rough idle yesterday, first time around I had (P0272 Cylinder 4 Contribution) and (P0275 Cylinder 5 Contribution)
I replaced both those injectors and now they don't read bad anymore and the idle cleared up a little.
Now I get #1
p0263 cylinder # 1 Contribution
So I'm just wondering if anyone knows what exactly is contribution?
And sometimes I get this here code too (not all the time), so I'm guessing when I was in there for #5 I might have pinched a wire.

How did the wiring harness's look? They are famous for giving trouble.

it looked alright. The connections were tight. Yes I know that really doesn't mean too much. Also everytime I did the injector buzz test it came back no codes each time the test that pops these codes up is the one that is done with the motor running.
did you replace the valve cover gaskets and then zip tie or superglue the inner side of the plug, sounds like on of the clips on the side of the plug is coming loose. you may have reconnected it in the process of removing the valve cover and not noticed. this is a common problem for the SD series
