i have owned a f150 2004 model and had problems with the seat, where the foam started to come apart on the floor and had to have replaced. then this happened again and upon closer inspedtion found that the metal that supports the cushion was bent down causing a part of frame to stick up through the leather seat and foam. traded truck for 2005 f150 have 6000 miles on truck and the other day noticed foam on floor board under front seat. returned to dealer and they are to order a new seat cover and foam pad. seat frame bent on this seat also so the foam and leather cover will not fix problem. only way to fix problem is to modify seat frame. don
