Gas Coming Out Tailpipe

Gas Coming Out Tailpipe
Hello
I'm very frustrated...I bought a lemon.
Back in January, my truck began running VERY rough, with little power. It sounded something like the old bi-planes of World War I. Over the next few days, it would start, but when I depressed the gas pedal, it stopped. After a few more days, it would not start. The truck sat for approximately 4 months after. I then changed the fuel filter, and truck started, but ran the same. I let the truck run for several minutes, hoping it would smooth out and run normal...no dice.
The truck now starts, runs like crap, and fuel is POURING out of the tail pipe (it is gasoline, not water, since it has eaten away at the blacktop under the exhaust pipe).
I connected my code reader to the truck and received the following:
KOEO Codes
11 System Pass
Memory Codes
66 Mass Air Flow/Vane Air Flow sensor too low - grounded or transmission oil temp sensor too low.
KOER Codes
(none)
I had the MAF tested - tested OK. I was told it may be the FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR. I did not receive a code indicating this has failed, but could this be the culprit?
Within the previous 1,000 miles, I've had a tune-up and other repairs to include:
NEW PLUG
PLUG WIRES
NEW O2 SENSOR
NEW MAF SENSOR WIRING CONNECTOR
PCV VALVE
FUEL FILTER
INDUCTION SYSTEM CLEAN UP
CLEANED INJECTORS
NEW FUEL PUMP/SENDING UNIT
I have a little more than 1,000 miles on this rig, and have put about $2,000 worth or repairs into it. Should I just push it over a cliff?
Thanks for your help!

Yeah if you are getting too much fuel it is likely the pressure regulator. Not too uncommon.
Also, the MAF sensor - I don't know how it can be checked to be good. But it's very suspect to be dirty. If you pull the sensing unit off the aluminim body, you can spray the 2 sensor wires wirh Berrymans carb cleaner, not Gumout - leaves residue - and get it reading the air flow correctly. These typically run lean when dirty so probably not your problem but good maintenance anyway. This is why I suspect the fuel pressure regulator alos.
