Parts Interchange...GEN 2 L to Reg F-150

A friend of mine just purchased an '02 F-150 SB 2wd with a 5.4. We are curious to know what parts, from a GEN 2 L, will fit his standard F-150? Things like headers, traction bars, gears, suspension parts, etc.....stock GEN 2 parts and or aftermarket. You help is appreciated.
