Thumbs up Motorcraft Oil back at Wal-Mart

I went to wal-mart (in california) this weekend and was told by the "associate" they will once again carry Motorcraft oil. I am not taking a chance and bought 30 qts of 5-20w(everything on shelf) for the SD and a case of 10-40w for my 94-f150. I did not see the oil filters yet but was told that they will carry them aswell. Well good luck ya'll and keep on FORD truckin'

Yeah I was wondering why they stopped carrying motorcraft stuff. It did give me a chance to visit the new O'reilly store we've never had before.

Why buy Motorcraft? They just repackage stuff they buy from someone else - just like ACDelco.

I know Wix makes Motorcraft filters (aftermarket), I wonder who makes their oil. If I had to guess, I'd say Valvoline. Anyone know for sure?

Motorcraft filters are made by Purolator, and are equilvalent to their premium plus line, and are one of the best filters you can buy for the money.

Conoco makes Motorcraft oil, and it is also one of the best oils you can buy.

The Motorcraft filters are far superior to anything esle on the Walmart shelf and are even cheaper than the orange grenade cans of death!.

In Springfield they don't have any 1995 oil filters, but still have the shelf tag. No Motorcraft oil in sight. The fellow said they are coming back. The 1995 oil filter was $9.67, don't know what it will be when it returns. O'reilly is the same price.
