does the tornado air filter work

Does the tornado air filter really work? Is it worth the money?

Air filter? Do you mean the drop in air turbulance device?
If that's what you mean, no it doesn't.
Do some searching here and on the web, multiple threads/articles about its lack of success.

There was one thread where someone stubbornly claimed an increased mpg, but poster never came back when asked for actual stats.
Several others posted of really decreasing mpg.

The only time the theory of how that thing works, may make a difference is when a vehicle is carbed. But I said theory, and MAY, So YMMV
