Wiring Problem

I just got my 2004 F-250 PSD back from the body shop; I was rear-ended 2 weeks ago. The truck lights all work and the trailer parking lights work also. The trailer turn signals don't work, I used a tester and no juice to the plug or first connector upstream. Also the contact for the trailer brakes reads 12.5 volts without touching the brakes or even when I disconnect the cable from the Jordan brake controller.(the Jordan digital display reads 00.0) Do the trailer turn signals have a dedicated wire from the fuse box, if so any clue as to which fuse? Any ideas about the trailer brake connection? I hate electrical problems.

well, I decided to check the manual and lo and behold there is a fuse diagram and the trailer turn signal fuse was blown, it must have gotten shorted in the collision. the trailer brake circuit reads 12.5 volts at the fuse without the brake on so this might be normal; I'll know better tomorrow when I hook up the trailer and see what happens.
