62 f-250 Semi-truck Conversion

Hi, Newbie Here,
I am in the middle of turning my slick into a Semi-truck want-a-bee. Check out my project and let me know what you think. One question so far- Where is the VIN numbers located? It has a junkyard motor in it, so I can't go by that. I looked all over the cab and frame and found a few numbers, but nothing that looks like a VIN number. This site is great and has already helped me with ideas. Anyone else doing a project like mine?? Let me know.
Thanks

Looks like it's comming together.I assume your truck doesn't have the tag on the drivers door.Your vin number is on the top side of the frame near the shock mount on the passenger side. Are you going to keep the flatbed? If so, could you post some pictures of it.I'm thinking of making one for my 64 since the bed is beyond hope.

Thanks for the info. I will look for that vin tomorow. I am keeping the flat bed, but I will have to cut into it for the stacks to come though the bed. Also I will post some pics of the bed it in a day or 2, so check back.

Thanks again for your help
