What happened to our Alabama chapter? It wasn't on the list of chapters to join?

I think I remember asking about this several months ago. I seem to remember something about a software or server update/upgrade that was oon to happen and Alabama would be added to the Chapter List.
Not sure wbout why it isn't there. But until it is, we'll just consider ourselves "joined".
