My Introduction
I figured it was time to introduce myself as I have roamed the Oklahoma chapter for some time now. Plus my neighbor, hitts'994x4dsl, just introduced himself (I have to one up him). I have also met rogerf100 when I got his old rear-end out of his 1955. I have a 1948 F-1 that is red with flames.
Thanks,

cigarxtc, thank you glad to be aboard. Yes I do race it. In fact I will be leaving a little after 5p.m. tonight to go racing, as I compete in the High School class at Thunder Valley. I have more pics that I can put up at a later time.

How did that old rear axle work out with your '48 Hotrod?
Your truck looks good. I will have to get to the drag strip to watch you run.

rogerf100, the axle worked great except I lost the left rear wheel at 65mph and twisted the left axle, but one from my old rear end worked.

The new pics look good. Would you mind if I stopped by to check out your truck next time I'm down that way?
