I have a local customer that's moving to the Norwich (Unkville?) area, and is looking for a Ford dealer that will treat him fair and square. Can anyone recommend a dealer they've had good luck with? Any info is certainly appreciated.

The closest dealer I know of, have used, and been very happy with is Bridgehaven Ford in Milford. They are probably about an hr. away from Norwich. They're only a truck dealer but worth the trip if you can't find anything else closer. Good Luck.
Not in the Norwich/Uncasville area. Tell him not to go to Whaling City in New London, I've heard tons of bad stuff about them, I used to work at the Meineke that's basically taking a corner out of their lot. I applied there as a tech, and they told me I was overqualified, I only had four ASE's at the time, and a degree in auto tech.
He might be better off going to Mystic, I can't remember the name of the dealer, but it's right off of Rt 2, just as you're coming into Mystic.
