There are supercharges, headers, cat back systems, cold air intakes, throttle bodies, cams, ported and polished heads, roller rockers and a few more pieces I can't think of right now. Just remember an old racing saying though. "Speed costs $$$$ money. How fast do you want to go?" If you're still interested let me know and I'll tell you where to look.

Mo, I suggest you take your credit card down to your local speed shop and keep buying "STUFF" till it's maxed out. Then after a year or 2, when you get the card paid off, you can start all over again. LOL
Seriously, I agree with Dave. Sit down and decide what you can afford to spend and what you want/expect from this truck/engine. THEN DO SOME HOMEWORK. Here are a just a few places for you to look. I'm sure you can find others on your own.
Supercharger... whipplesuperchargers.com/ranger About $3,000.00
Cam prices depend on profile, ported & polished heads, about $1,200.00, roller rockers $300.00 to $325.00, etc... moranav6racing.com
This shop is in Canada, but I've heard some good things about it.
Exhaust..flowmastermufflers.com...gibsonperformanc e.com...Borla and MegaFlow also make cat back systems as well as some others. Try Google or Ask Geeves for web addresses. Just remember that BIGGER is NOT always better. While 2.75" or 3.0" pipes through a free flow muffler might sound good and net you a few extra ponies at 5000 RPM, you'll probably lose some bottom end. Think about how often you drive your truck in that range and ask yourself if it's worth it? If you're like most of us, you do most of your driving in the 2500 to 4000 RPM range, you're probably better off with 2.00" or 2.25" pipes. A good exhaust system will run about $200.00 to $800.00 plus labor if you have a muffler shop install it for you. Like I said, do your homework. Ask someone that knows for help. Look things up on the web. Then get something that will work for you.
Chips... SuperChipsCustom..superchipscustom.com or from a FTE sponsor MoterHaven...motorhaven.com..About $350.00 to $400.00. The SuperChipsCustom is a handheld programer. Call the guys at MoterHaven and they will custom tune it for you with 3 programs. I had them do mine for 87, 91 & 93 octane. It's takes me less than 10 mins. to reprogram anytime time I want to. Jet at jetchip.com makes a chip that "piggybacks" onto your computer. About $300.00 to $325.00. It's cheaper than the SuperChip but it only has 1 program and you MUST use hi-test gas. I've heard that some people have had problems with them getting dirty or shaking loose and shutting down the electrical system on your truck. Don't know if that's a fact or not. You can ask on this forum to see if anyone has had that kind of a problem. Look around, I'm sure there are other chips out there.
K&N makes a cold air intake. About $350.00 to $400.00. They call it a "FPIK." Fuel Injection Performance Kit. Most of the shops carry it. You can look at stylinconcepts.com...jegs.com...summitracing.com among others.
Granatelli makes a Mass AirFlow Sensor. About $325.00 to $350.00
JBA makes good headers. $500.00 to $900.00
There you have it Mo. That should get you started. There are also HUGE price differences for the same product in different shops, so shop around. Just be sure you're dealing with a reputable shop. A cheap price is only good if the shop is there for you if you have a problem AFTER the sale. Also I'm sure there are guys on here that will tell you about the "cold air intake" they made out of a coffee can and some PVC pipe for $20.00. Are they as good or better than the hi priced name brands? You and your wallet are the only ones that can answer that one. Let us know how you're making out. Good luck.

Here is a site that has alot of good info on the 3.0, as well as some of the no or low cost mods that can be performed.
It also has my pics and write-up on my T-5 install .
