Chapter bumper stickers!

Check this site out http://www.makestickers.com/home.asp

I already uploaded the chapter logo and it looks like it belongs on the back of my truck Haven't ordered anything yet, thats why I'm posting the thread. Free shipping. For 50 stickers, it would cost about $1.30 a sticker. It'll cost a little more, but we can shoot for 25 to start. I'm going to ask others how they did it in the general chapter forum, and see if I need permission first. I don't know if it would be better for you all to order them through me, and I'll put in a bulk order, or if I order them first and distribute. . . I wonder if this would be a good job for a treasurer?

EDIT: Never mind, it won't let me link to the preview

Let me know and I can pre-order or paypal or whatever! YEAY STICKERS!!!

Put it in the back window Fordguy, it'll look great! Thats where they belong on a truck I could probably order anything you wanted, but it will cost more, I'm sure No pre-ordering just yet. I'm going to make up the difference between how many is wanted and the next bulk price break, to get the best deal. It looks like I'm going to bulk order before hand, and then sell for cost to who ever wants one. This also brings up another question, do we want to sell for a bit of profit for our chapter? That way we have some money already to put towards future gatherings, events, heppenings, etc.? I could sub until necessary, but this would create a need for a Treasurer.

Give me a night. . .I'm going to PM spam everyone in the roll call thread

I'm in for a couple. I like the look. I'll keep one for here and send one back to my GMC driving father () back home in VA.

At $1.30, I am in for at least 5 and will do 10 if we are close to the 50 minimum for better pricing. I have several Ford and some non-Ford truck friends I wouldn't mind sending the stickers to.

Agree with FordGuy21, I don't like putting stickers on chrome or paint. Would consider the rear window, but I an not sure it will pass VA inspection with a larger sticker in the rear window (I had to remove several college names and other small stickers from a van we purchased 6-8 years ago when I went for the initial inspection). Maybe some type of removable sticker holder. Either way, at a minimum, they will look fine on a tool box or other equipment in the shop.

Just curious, is the design set or are there options?

Smile ease of use for stickers

Remember, you can go to the office supply store and get sheets of magnets. Then you stick the sticker to the magnet sheet and cut out around it. this will stay on up to 75 or 80 that I have tested. Also when you wash your truck you can remove it and wash underneath to help preserve your truck.

it's not like you look through the rear window when you back up, anyway. 'Course, they'll also fail you for having a sticker on the front window because it supposedly restricts your view, even though that's where they put the inspection sticker... Good ol' VA!!

The magnet is a great idea.

Franken-Truck. Is it an option to to get the bumper sticker company to make them on a magnetic surface as well, obviously at an additional cost. More might be inclined to purchase them.
