When buying the best deal I could get on my 04 was a few hundred $ over invoice. Then the dealer has this built in profit line on the contract for $500 which they would not remove. It was a big come on. So I took the Xplan, $125 over invoice, non of the fees etc, got my 5,000 in other rebates, it worked out well. Got my 37,500 MSRP down to $25K and some change.
