out of place panels

Hello,
I have a slight problem with my front fender panels on my 1974 Ford F-100. The cab and door seem higher than the fenders, the lines dont match up. It also leaves a gap between the hood and the fender and the cab and the fender. Cab mounts have been replaced already. It looks like I may be able to lift the rear of the fender near the cab. but what do I do about the front where the hood meets the fender near the light housings / grill area. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Did you check the radiator support, where it mounts to the frame? Is it rusted and crumbling? This would cause the front of the body to sink...

Thanks,
That's what it was. The mounts are pancakes.
