oil filter to oil cooler lines

98 F150 4.6 Romeo w/oil sensor, 4x4. Oil Lines are leaking. Is changing out the oil lines running from the oil cooler to the filter a DIY project.
If so, anyone out there happen to have the part number and or experience doing this repair?

Should'nt be that hard. Get on under there an take a look. My 4.6 does'nt have those lines but I just dealt with a leaking oil filter adapter and you should be able to get in there to undo the lines.

I have a 5.4 and just did it recently--do it yourself is possible but challenging. Look for remote oil cooler lines from Rockauto.com.. They are available with and without sensor fitting===far cheaper than from Ford.

Lol.

Yea. thats what made my Romeo Blow. stupid hoses. but it is a simple but kind of hard to get to location on the block. just a little time and a half dozen grease rags and you should be good to go.

oh yea. I bought my truck with the blown engine from a friend that couldnt tell a dipstick from a tail pipe. ha ha ha.
