blowing MAXI fuse in power distribution box???
Hi, I was wondering if anyone might know why my 20 amp Maxi fuse keeps blowing on my 95 F-150 300/6 truck?
I have replaced my starter, relay on fender wall, and my battery and the fuse of course. It won't do anything when i turn the key. I tried hooking up one wire at a time to my relay on the fender wall and found that there is one wire that starts off as 2 and goes into one and follows from the relay and goes over and into the power distribution box on the other side of the truck. When hooked up to the relay and when I turn the key is when it blows that fuse??? Does anyone know why or where the short could be?? Would it be in the power distribution box somewhere??? I am lost when it comes to electrical stuff? Thanks! Larry

It already is a new relay on the fender wall. I replaced that but, the problem is in the wire that connects to the relay.
I found that when that wire is hooked up to it is when it blows the fuse. I just haven't been able to trace where there probably is a short somewhere?
