even when i was installing my new cam, one of the cam lobes hit the front bearing and made it burr a little so when i was trying to spin it i could spin it if the cam was all the way back. if you would pull it out to where it was supposed to be, then it would lock up. pulled it out, took a knife gently to the front bearing, took out the burr, and it rolls smooth.
