for those that don't frequent the offroad forum

I posted a couple of links to videos of my truck but I know not everyone goes up there and since it's in Iowa I will post it here too.

Hey, that's pretty cool! I'm afraid I couldn't do that though, my truck has got the power but the 2wd and open differential would mean I wouldn't go very far.

Congrats on the win!

Where was that, anyway?

302 cleveland? That using Australian heads? Sounds like a good motor for a Ranger! Move it along pretty good does it?

that was for all intents, and purposes a true aussie 302 cleveland including the 2v closed chamber heads, an aussie 3" stroke aussie crank, and 6" rods with TRW forged flat top pistons, and a Reed custom ground solid roller cam, titanium valves and retainers, jomar stud girdles etc, and a parker funnel web intake. about the only part of the engine that wasn't aussie was the block.

Hey rob, how far do you guys run, is that 500ft? Looks like you are just getting rolling and you're done already.
Need to throw in some mud hills to climb and some pools to float thru...
Oh by the way, nice job!!

Congrats on the new motor. That run looks like a lot of fun! I'll have to come down and watch you run this year.

JOHN! Where in the F____ have you been? You never showed up for the bowling meet, and after that didn't hear anything from you till now - I don't know about the rest of the guys but I've been pretty worried.

Long story, too long for here!

But I am back from working too hard and finally getting things done with my toys.

Good to -be- back!

Good to see you back John, glad you wandered back, been wondering about you and what all has been going on. Just remember, we're here as friends, so if you need anything, don't be afraid to ask... trust me, I have had my hell and the guys were here for me as best they could.

What type of charger did you get for the marauder?

Rob, you need to also get some big slicks, crawl under there to put it in 2WD, and take that baby to Eddyville!
