Soft bed cover vs. gas station car wash?

I just put a Extant rt bed cover on my 04 SuperCrew…
It is a soft - roll top cover.

Some times I take the truck though a gas station car wash (no touch).
Will that be a problem with the bed cover? Will it damage it? What do you recommend?

Thanks!

no i do not believe it will hurt it at all, and if it did i would take it back and get a new one or get my money. i have got a regulsr snap on soft cover and i have never had a problem, them things are made of pretty tough material.

mine says that some car washes use harsh formulas that can dry out the resins and void the warranty. Being the guy that reads the manual after something goes wrong. After 2 years it got dull brown sploches in it. but there are products out there that protect vinyl aganst uv rays, harsh cleaners and restore resins. think it's called "303 protectant" Not armorall ect. as they may void the warranty also. check the place you bought your cover from
