Simple Answer = No
Technical Answer = I actually service vehicles at a place where we do average about 60 per day and we are really big on selling cabin air filters. I have NEVER once seen an F-150/Expedition with a cabin air filter. I have the filter in stock - but never once have sold it. We got one in a starter kit about two years ago and its still back in the stock room...covered in dust. I goes under the RH side of the dash. You can actually see an indention in your heater box under the dash where the filter would go if there was a door there. You can buy the kit from Ford to put the filter in.
Most filter books call the Cabin Air Filter on the F-150s a "Dealer Installed Option". They must not push them very hard.
Hope this helps.
