Bank Of Injectors Not Working Help!

I have E350 2000 7.3L.
Replaced Turbocharger
After turning over it finally started, however the left side of engine only works.
Checked wiring harness and fuel lines for kinks.

I have about 10volts on the Glow Plugs.

What is the voltage across a typical injector?
Do I need an oscilloscope to see PWM or will a VOM pick up some similar voltage?

will be 115VDC on the injectors a fast sampling DMM will be able to see it REMEBER 115VDC!!!

no codes??

check wiring harness again.

could be a possible IDM problem but it worked just fine before the turbo right?

Thanks, it did work well before the turbo went bad. It took along time to prime.
I checked the injector common to ground and got less than 3 volts, however it is extremely difficult to check or compare the good side with the side that's not working.
Do you know what could cause a problem like this?

the idm can cause this, a section of the harness thats not quite tight enough,

do you have the valve covers off still? is any oil spitting out of the injectors on that side?

No I do not have the covers off. It's extremely difficult to do anything because of the engine compartment being small. It's an E350 van.

It's almost gotta be in the harness somewhere, or the UVC connectors. The IDM is just an amp. The PCM tells it to fire and it fires, pretty unlikely that it would only misfire on one bank.

The IDM is split into "banks" internally. We had an IDM that was failing in our 2000X (affected by RFI from a radio tower, believe it or not!) and one bank would shut down when we drove past that area, causing it to run on 4 cylinders until we "rebooted" by power cycling the truck. If the IDM senses a problem (like a short) on one bank I think it will shut down just that one bank too. SO it's not necessarily an IDM problem, it may just be reacting to a problem downstream from it. But you're definitely looking in the right area if half your injectors shut down, since the IDM works that way.
