Looks fine to me....you should add something in there like "The crossroads of America" or "Amber waves of grain", like they had on the old license plates...I like the crossroads of America one.

If you do a search on The crossroads of America you will see that many States and Citys use that slogan.
If some of you would like to design a logo that would be great no one said we can only have one.

I tried that but they did not get approved. https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...&albumid=14883
Pics one and two were not approved.
You guys and gal are welcome to copy mine and modify or make a new one and send it to me to get approved.
You won't hurt my feelings if you make a new one.

Looks good Chris, I was looking around and found this "Ohio Logo" in Runvs gallery. Just another suggestion of the things that can be done.

A member contacted me about the logo and stated he was a graphic designer. Said he would be willing to help with the logo. Here is what he has come up with already.https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...&albumid=14883
I must admit they look great. Take a look and see which ones you like the best.
The guys user id is Mach1fan and he deserves all the credit. I think he has done a great job and we as a chapter need to tell him so.

Hi, greetings from Evansville and thanks for the kudos. I've actually just now signed up for membership in the Indiana chapter, or at least I think I have...

I didn't know what size to make those files and I see they look a bit rough when viewed individually. I can resend them to you at a larger size if you want.

We can play around with some more ideas, but simpler is always better. Plus, it's a good idea to limit the number of colors. Where I could, I tried to use the same colors as the FTE logo since we're stuck having to make it part of ours. This helps tie the two together. Also, you want a logo that is easy to print commercially. If this chapter ever grows to a size where you would actually want t-shirts made, or post cards, or bumper stickers, etc. it should be a "clean" design and inexpensive to reproduce. It also helps if it can translate well into black and white.
