Exclamation 1995 ford bronco 5 bolt auto hub conversion help!

I just bought the premium warn hubs 20990. I am converting my automatic locking hubs to the manual locking hubs. I understand that i do not a conversion kit because i have a 5 hole screw cap correct?? I need some guidance as to what i need to remove from the exisisting hubs that are in my truck presently (C clips, washers etc...) Can someone help me with this?

I also converted to maunal wrns and bought the conversion kit only to find out i did not need it. I too had the 5 bolt auto hubs. With the five bolt it should just swap out once you remove the c clip/retaining ring. It's been a while since i did mine, but they were super easy. I'm sure someone else will have more guidance for you.

Here is a link that I found here on this site (I saved the link, but forgot who did the write up... I would give credit if I remembered, very sorry). It was very helpful when I swapped out my autos for new warn premiums a month or so ago. It will show you step by step what to do for the conversion. When I did the swap, took me about 20 minutes for the first, 10 for the second.

I know for the 3 bolt hubs, you need a conversion kit. I've never installed one, so I'm not sure how differant it is, I wouldn't think it would be too much differant, but maybe someone else on here will know for certain

henri, con gusto te vendo los míos, que los cambié por los manuales Warn, dónde está ubicado tu amigo? (yo estoy en Venezuela). Puedes enviarme un privado si lo deseas.

And to the OP, check the link for Front End Rebuild in my signature, it has all the pictures and info you need to do the swap (and I just noticed the thread was made in 2005...).

Gracias
Henri
