I just put in a 1971 F-350 Mstr Cyl./Booster for disc brakes from Advance Auto into my 1971 F-100. I plan on going to front discs anyways. Total cost was $100. Made a big difference in brake performance. Though it is much bigger then the F-100 combo, it fits. You just have to mess with the brackets a little to wiggle it back into the spot and maybe mess with the brake lines to line them up.

Are you using 1/2 ton 5 lug axles or 3/4 ton 8 lug axles? Whichever rear you go with I think you will need to cut off the old spring perches and move them in some as mid 70's the rear frame rails are farther apart then your truck. Also the front axle depending on what one you go with you will need to make coil spring mounts on a 3/4 ton axle as they use leaf springs not coils but if you go with a 1/2 ton axle it shouldn't be to bad to bolt in not sure if the frames got wider in the front or not though on 1/2 tons

33 1/2" distance between the inner frame rails behind the cab: 1973/77 F250 4WD (High Boys) Dana 60 / 1973/79 F350's on the 140" wheelbase (Dana 70).
All other 1973/79 F100/350's have 37 1/2" rear frame rails.
1976: First year disc brakes were available with 4WD.
1965/79's have the same frame rail width from the rear of the cab forward.
1966/79 F100 4WD, 1975/79 F150 4WD have coil spring front suspension.
1959/79 F250 4WD's have front leaf springs. There are two different 1977 F250 4WD's.
1977 F250 4WD's (High Boys) assembled before serial number Y20,001 have a divorced transfer case, different leaf spring front suspension than...
1977 F250 4WD's assembled from serial number Y20,001 (not High Boys) and 1978/79 F250 4WD's, that have a married transfer case.

I plan on using a 67-72 16 spline full float rear 60 and a 78-79 Dana 44 from a Bronco/F150. I already have the HD Dana 44 spindles for the front, I just need to grab the rest of the knuckles out parts for the 8-lug swap. I was wondering if anybody else did this swap as well. I suppose I should plan on an F250/350 master cylinder/booster.
