The Aug 01 issue has an article promoting rodders use of small block Ford engines in their rod. They note a typical rod has a lot of $$, sweat, and labor and then the owner will just "order up a Ch**y 350 [my stars]. That'll show 'em." Says the 302 crate engine they bought and tested had as good of output as a healthy Ch**y 350 and weighs about 80 pounds less. I say it's about time someone told it like it is--put a Ford in your Ford.
