1995 Powerstroke injection system type

I am a diesel mechanic in Iowa, looking for a 1995 F-250 with 7.3. I haven't seen one up close enough to have the hood up, and I was wondering what the Powerstroke 7.3 DIT ran for an injection system. I know the 6.0 is a HPCR system, and the old 7.3's and 6.9's are a distributor type injection pump. When were electronic controls introduced on the 7.3? Any note would be helpful.

The 7.3 PSD's use a HEUI system like the International and Cat engines. The 94-97's use a mechanical combination pump mounted in the valley behind/beside the turbo and the 99-present use a frame mounted electric pump. The electronic engine controls are present on all Powerstrokes.
