Got An 81 Bronco For Sell
Heres the scoop
I bought this Bronco about 2 years ago and since then I've done the following:
Installed a Rebuilt 460 Engine
KC Lights
New Tires
New Radiator
New Battery (Optima)
New Gauges
New 4 Barrel Edelbrock
New Distributor
Alpine CD/MP3 Player
New Crossfire 1000W Amp
New Crossfire 15" Sub
Flowmasters
Now here is the low down on everything. The engine was rebuilt a couple years ago and set in my fathers garage for about a year and a half. So I think a couple of the gaskets may have got brittle. Because there is an atifreeze leak. I think its coming from the gasket on the water pump. As of right now the engine probably has 100 miles on it. Still isn't even broke in.
KC Lights are not shown in pictures. I took them off so I could get the truck into my garage. They bolt right on to the top and have already been wired. Just need to plug them back up.
When I installed the engine I didn't plane the exhaust manifolds therefore I wound up with an exhaust leak on the drivers side. Manifolds will need to be taken off and planed or headers could replace the existing exhaust manifolds. Its drivable however, it sounds bad.
I have the backseat for it however, it is also not in the pictures. I took it out to haul some stuff some time ago and never put it back in.
Everything you need to do to make this truck run perfect - Fix exhaust leak, fix water leak, front rotors, front calipers (I have the break pads), and I think thats it. It runs a little rich so the carb will need some adjusting as well but hey THATS FREE .
I have about $5,000 in the truck. Engine was $900 and Stereo was $1,600. Those 2 items alone will almost pay for what I'm selling it for.
I will take $3,000 for her like she sits and $2,000 if don't want the stereo. I can put that in whatever I buy. Well worth it. I have a new baby and a job where I have to drive all over. This truck is doing me no good anymore.
You can see pictures of the truck here: http://www.ragingrednecks.com/bronco
If you have any questions as I'm sure there is something I've left out that someone will want to know please feel free to email me at (Click Here to find out why email addresses are removed from posts.).

I look at it like this though.....if you get rid of it you will end up needing another one in the future. plus this one is already paid for. life goes on, don't give up your passions because life happens. one day the baby will need to drive, wouldn't it be cool to give him/her a fully restored '81 bronco for graduation? besides, what will you go get water heaters with, or dishwashers and trampolines, loads of landscaping blocks....a hyundai won't do it. I'd say keep it or you'll regret it. one thing I've learned is that if you are making the attempt to stay atop your debt, they won't take the collateral or shut it off.
just don't do anything you'll regret 2 years from now.
