All Chapter Leaders Question??

Hello, Although I Am Still Considered A Newbie Fella I Was Wondering How Do You Get A Chapter Going?? I Live In South Dakota And We Have No Chapter, Is Is Possible For Me To Start A Chapter For The South Dakota Group?? If Not Which Chapter Do I Join Up To?? I Suppose The Closest Would Be The Minnesota Chapter. Smiles If They Let Me In!! Heard About The Joiners That Was Missed Back To Feb!! With All Jokes Aside I Was Just Wondering How It All Works,

You just check out your user profile, and it say you've been a member since 02-14-2005.

For now ,You can be part of the High Plains Chapter which Includes South Dakota.
