wet & black spark plug

nothing yet .but i plan to pull both heads today .i bought the motor from a junkyard about a year & half ago sence then i've replaced fuel-injectors ,fpr ,both fuel pumps because they were shot, i still need to replace the timing chain ,it has a lot of slack. i should have done this when i put the motor in ,after all of this ,the motor still has a bad miss, so i was going to do a compression test when i seen that the plug was wet & black .so i grounded the plug and it was sparking .so i ask around ,they told me that i might have a stuck or burnt valve .so thats when i came to my favorite site .i have a few threads that has helped me considerably and theres alot of knowledge here!!!!
could i have carbon built up on the valve(s)

without being exact - you want to shoot for no more than 10 percent deviation amongst cylinders , i didn't see a wet test posted for your compression check , do the compression test again but squirt about a teaspoon of motor oil in each cylinder and see if your compression comes up - if not i would suspect worn valve guides -
