Turn Signal Issue...

Anyone else having any problems with their turn signals? I have an '05 SCAB XLT. I have the turn signals integrated into the mirrors (yellow strip along bottom of mirror). The signals flash for 2 or 3 times then freeze up. No blown bulbs or any other problem that are apparent. Going into the dealer tomorrow to have it fixed. Just curious if anyone else has had the same problem...

If you don't have a burnt out bulb I would say the turnsignal flasher is probably defective, unplug the old one and plug in a replacement, two minute job if you can find it under the dash or at the fuse pannel.
I havn't had any problem.

checked the fuses? I had similar issues with the 98 F150 and trailer lights. I didn't discover the problem for years, way past the warranty period. I just kept a pack of fuses in the glove box after that....

Get it checked out and fixed while in warranty.

Since I'm still well within the warranty, I'll let the dealer sort it out. If it was a fuse I would assume that it wouldn't flash at all. I think defective flasher is more likely the culprit. I'll post what the dealer finds...
