Curious as to how much you paid for the vic.

 

I paid $1676 , got it off ebay,it is located in st.paul ,mn.will cost $150 for a flat bed to bring it home.has24600 for milage.i looked for used cars with a 5.0 and auto,what I could afford would have to be rebuilt.thanks for asking. LARRY

 

I'd be surprised if there is not significant impact damage to the front of the engine. Does this car have a 5.4 or the 4.6? I'd like to do something similiar with a 66 shorty I'm re-doing but so far I have been unable to locate a power train. Please give us an update once in a while.

 

it has a 4.6,no the impact stopped just short of the engine.I will post more pictures after i get the front sheet metel off the vic.thanks for responding. William shoot me an email. I"m to new to this forum to email you.thanks Larry
