Flexplate 59 F250

Help! can anyone tell me where I can get a flexplate that will fit the 292 in my F250 1959? Not sure how many teeth. Thanks so very much!

Ford beefed up the flex plate starting in 58 along with the improved Fordo converter. No change till 64.
I believe some 312 TBird owners have upgraded to that setup, you might check a forum out.

ECV, I need a 59 Ford auto-truck flexplate four bolt to conv. 164 teeth. How much are they? Thanks John

pcmenten, I don't have a clue as where to buy the 4 bolt 164 . I did buy one from a man on the list from NY for $100.00. I have one that has three bolts that hook up to the convertor on the Ford-O. The trans.I am using is a FMX which has four. the convertor is cruse-O. Looks like ever thing is going to work. There has been some that say you can just order at your local parts store. I or the man from NY haven't found that store yet. I would like to know for there is someone out there trying to do the same thing. Maybe they won't have to spend the time I had to looking. John
